A Climate for Change Parliamentary Breakfast

Join us on 28th November for a high-level discussion on climate adaptation in the UK, chaired by Selaine Saxby MP and co-hosted by the National Trust and the Environment APPG.

This breakfast meeting will bring together key political stakeholders and figures from organisations leading the UK’s response to climate impacts. We will hear from the National Trust, RSPB and Zurich Insurance Group on how their organisations are accelerating ambition and action on preparing our communities, coasts, buildings and nature to deal with increasing threat of, and make the country more resilient to, climate shocks.

As world leaders gather in Dubai for COP28, this private discussion will be an opportunity for us to come together to share expertise and develop a mutual understanding of the opportunities and barriers presented by the increasing need to adapt to climate change, as well as explore the policy levers, mechanisms and investment needed to deliver sustained support to this agenda.

This event is open to all parliamentary members. If you are interested, please email appg@green-alliance.org.uk
